How can I stop "Display name:" from showing in receipients who are outside of the Exchange Server 2003 environment. I need to be able to do do it on a user-by-user basis? Leaving "Display name" blank when creating a user does not work as the Display name automatically grabs the First and Last Name. I am brand new to the Exchange 2003 so I am probably missing something very obvious. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Chris.
